Third Sundays 5pm at St Michael's

In our busy world it can be hard to find opportunities to be still. We hope that coming to a session of ‘Still’ gives that opportunity to those who attend – a time to stop, be quiet, listen to very short readings and reflective music, and share a short time of meditation together.

Each session of ‘Still’ is built around a theme; recent themes have included Letting Go, Doubt, Compassion and Solitude. Readings are chosen from a wide range of spiritual wisdom and traditions, and a meditation practice is suggested which reflects the theme of the meeting. Previous sessions of ‘Still’ are available on the Beccles Parish Church YouTube channel.

Still is inclusive – it is hoped that the themes touch every human life, and people of all faiths - or none – are very welcome.
